License Grant: By purchasing the Nzambi Creations training material, you (the "Licensee") are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the material for personal, educational purposes only. This license does not grant you any ownership of the content, but only the limited rights outlined in this agreement.

Restrictions: The Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:

• No Modification: You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the training material.

• No Public Display: You may not publicly display, perform, or exhibit the material in any form without written permission from the Licensor.

Ownership: The Licensor retains all ownership rights to the training material, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. No title or ownership is transferred to you under this agreement.

Termination: This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease using the material and destroy any copies in their possession.

Liability: The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the training material for any particular purpose. The Licensor shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of this material.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the International laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
