Terms of Service - Authorized Use and Sale of Content from User Store

This Terms of Service ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement entered into by and between the user ("User") and NZAMBI CREATIONS BY LLLLY ("Company") concerning the purchase and use of digital content ("Content") from the Company's platform. These Terms establish the conditions that govern the User's use and sale of the Content exclusively from their own store.

1. Grant of License:

1.1 The User acknowledges that NZAMBI CREATIONS BY LLLLY owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Content.

1.2 Subject to the Terms, NZAMBI CREATIONS BY LLLLY grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, use, and sell the Content solely from their authorized store.

1.3 The User agrees that the license granted is for the purpose of using and selling the Content exclusively from their own store and may not be transferred or sublicensed to any other individual, entity, or third-party store.

3. Prohibited Activities:

3.1 The User expressly agrees not to engage in any activities that would result in unauthorized redistribution or misuse of the original Content, including but not limited to:

• a) Sharing or disclosing login credentials or access to the Content with any other individual or entity.
• b) Replicating, duplicating, or copying the Content for the purpose of sharing or distributing it to others.
• c) Selling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring the Content to any third party, except as permitted within the User's authorized store.
• d) Uploading or making the Content available on any public or private sharing platforms, file-sharing networks, or torrent sites.
• e) Modifying, adapting, or altering the Content in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of NZAMBI CREATIONS BY LLLLY.
• f) Using the Content in a manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
